Biennial/short lived perennial. Cheiranthus Cheiri, also know as Erysimum, this is the original European wallflower which is common in the wild right across the continent from Greece to the UK. Its value for bees is that it flowers, bright yellow, on and off from March right through till October; if dead flowers and seed pods are trimmed off it encourges more flower and keeps it comact. Yellow flowers, 30cm tall, best at the front of a border or in pots. Self-seeds nicely
